At the heart of any shared space is respect. We ask that all our customers be mindful of each other. We all may need to make calls, or share conversations, but we ask that these be done at a respectful volume. Please bring a headset for meetings and calls. If you didn't bring one, we will have some available for sale. We have a private call room available for sensitive conversations but since this is a shared room, its use is available in 1 hour blocks, or until someone else needs to use the space.
HOURS: We are open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. If business is slow, we may run quick errands or close early. If you stop by and when we are out, please call 530-423-5252 to let us know. Fortunately Weaverville is small enough we shouldn't be more than 5 minutes away. The space is also available after hours for special events.
AFTER HOURS: After hours use may be available for $25/hour. Contact us at (530) 423-5252 to find out if it is available when you need it. Fortunately, one of the owners is a night owl who may be able to accommodate your night time schedule. (Note, the owner's dog may be present after hours.)
CONFERENCE AREA: The conference area is at the back of the building. Please be advised that the space is not closed off. This means people may need to pass through during a meeting. When the room is not reserved, it is an additional workspace for you to use. However, you may need to relocate if someone has a group meeting that requires the large table.
PETS: We LOVE our pets, but out of respect for our co-workers we don't allow them to hang out with you inside the Hub. If you need doggy day care, the Trinity Pet Motel provides this. Call them in advance and bring all necessary records for them to accept your dog.
LOCKERS: We have lockers for you to lock your stuff up. Don't forget to bring a lock with you. Please take your stuff with you at the end of the day. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen property.
CHILDREN: As much as we love kids and babies, children aged 10 and under are not allowed at the Hub. Older children may use the space if they have work that they can quietly do but they must pay full price.
UH OH: Anyone who is causing a disturbance, or even a distraction to others, may be asked to leave.
SHHH: We ask that video games, music, or videos be played with headphones.
PRINTING: Your daily or monthly fee includes 20 black and white print-outs a day. Additional printed pages cost $0.15 each. We will also be offering a color printer soon, prices posted after it has been installed.
